Nice fridge, great cooling system. only complaint is that you have to open both french doors to open the pull out drawer. It would have been better to be able to have the big drawer split in two.
Pros: Holds Temperature Well, Space For Tall Items, Customizable Shelving, Quiet, Attractive Design
Cons: split doors must both open to reach pull out
Purchased this refrigerator after doing a lot of comparison shopping. I like that the height does not leave a big gap between the refrigerator and upper cabinets. The counter-depth styling gives it an almost built-in look in my kitchen. This unit would work well in a large or small kitchen as long as the height can be accommodated. The doors are solid, the unit is quiet, the shelves are easily to remove for cleaning and reconfiguring. The ice maker seems to make ice quickly and quietly, and the door shelves are also solid and easy to clean. The filtered water dispenser is one of my favorite features that I originally was not sure how much I'd use. Great product!
Pros: Energy Efficient, Customizable Shelving, Holds Temperature Well, Easy Access, Quiet, Attractive Design, Space For Tall Items
Looks elegant and quiet. Certain things I don't like about the product, like I can't access the deli section without opening both doors, crisper can't keep larger veggies (i.e. celery, long cucumbers and some asian veggies, etc.) Doors don't close on its own properly. Always have to be mindful when closing the doors.
Pros: Holds Temperature Well, Quiet, Energy Efficient
Cons: Be mindlful, doesn't close properly, Crisper not spacious for larger veggies
Our family enjoys the sleek look and it fits perfect.

Our family was looking for a second refrigerator and this is the first time we buy Jenn Air. So far it appears to meet our family needs as a second refrigerator.
It's only been a month, but we love our new refrigerator. It fit perfectly into the space, looks amazing inside and out, is very user friendly and keeps our food cold (none of those attributes fit our old GE Profile)! The freezer drawer is great, and the ice maker makes great ice. The inside water dispenser is nice and the fridge looks so much better without the in-door dispenser. So far, so good!
Pros: Attractive Design, Space For Tall Items, Quiet, Holds Temperature Well, Easy Access, Customizable Shelving
We decided on this model after looking at various configurations (French door & side-by-side) and manufacturers of counter depth refrigerators. Overall we are very happy with our decision. The refrigerator is solidly built, and has some nice features that the shorter 69" counter-depth version is lacking. The ability to dispense water with one hand vs two is nice. There is an extra shelf in the freezer which helps with organinzing and leads to less buried food. The ice tray can also be set to slide out while the freezer door is opening which is a wonderful feature. It's a bit loud when the water is refilling the ice tray, but the water pressure and speed of the water dispenser are good. The refrigerator shelves, while adjustable, do not reach all the way back; therefore, there is a 1.5 inch gap between the back of the shelves and the rear of the refrigerator. Thus far we have not had an issue, but we are cognizant of this design as we place items since it has the potential for small items to fall to lower shelves. We would recommend this refrigerator.
Pros: Space for wide items, Attractive Design, Holds Temperature Well
