Perfct size, well organized design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the counter-depth refrigerator and are very glad we did. It fits nicely in the kitchen and has more than enough space inside. The shelves, in the main part and on the door, adjust easily to whatever arrangement works best. The door shelves are deep enough to fit gallon jugs. I love that the water and ice are inside and not on the door, which makes the unit look so much nicer on the outside. Temperature controls are easy to use. Unit is quiet when running, and even the doors are pretty quiet when closing. My only complaints are that you have to open both doors in order to open either of the crisper drawers, and the crisper drawers are a little small—hard to get a whole head of celery to fit, and when it does, it pretty much fills up the whole drawer. Maybe just one big cripser drawer?
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispense take some getting used to and occasionally drips. would be nice if there were a drip pan so drops do not fall in drawer below.

Large pull out drawer very convenient for keeping cheeses and lunch meat together. Good size lower freezer with sliding shelves that make for ease of finding items. Also love the sliding ice cube drawer with its own scoop-great idea.

Unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker in door failed twice in first refrigerator we had- exchanged that one for fridge with interior ice bin. Damper motor on second one failed and had to be replaced. You need to check your warranty claims, not rely on surveys.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable
