dryer is the worst I have ever owned. I am 62

I have had the outside vent changed 3 times in 17 months since it collects so much lint the dryer fails. We clean the vent screen every time we use it. The exhaust vent run is 4' ft. This is the worst dryer I have ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not dry clothes completely

I went from a Maytag electric, 25 years of use to a gas fired new Cabrio. I bought the dryer out of necessity and got the matching washing machine too. Unfortunately, my preference is for complete drying. Old school that way. The unit has yet to dry clothes completely dry. Always some dampness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My set of Cabrio Platinum washer & dryer met my expectations

I would like to have the display panel light up when starting a cycle after pushing the power button. To have back light would mean I could simply select my wash or dry cycle by reading the display. Currently it is dark and when when I do laundry on a cloudy day, in the early morning or late at night I now need to turn on the light in the laundry room. THis is my only request. I love my set !!

It has so many settings you can choose from. The drum is huge and it dries to 'just dry'. So far, after 3 months, so great. And it looks good too.
