We bought this for cleaning a couple of couches, which didn't seem out of the ordinary. It seems to work well - a noticeable difference and an encouraging bucket of dirty water. It would have been great - and easier - if the instruction book had more to it, or if the Bissell site had tips-and-tricks, possibly from other users. A fair bit of trial and error on our end. The unit is robust and works well though - I would definitely recommend it.

Love Hate Relationship with Little Green

I want to say I love the way the Little Green cleans our pet messes. I also want to add there should be a way that you could take the 3" scrubber attachment apart to clean as well at the dirty water tank.(that is the part I hate) REALLY? You expect people to use dirty smelly attachments and tanks? Please help with a solution to this problem.

Thank you for your review. To clean the tools and upholstery hose the best way is to take a bowl of tap water. Suction the water back up to push the dirt through. You may have to do this a few times until clean water comes back in the tank. For the collection tank; we recommend soaking with hot tap water, and a little of the BISSELL formula to loosen the dirt.

I love it for the carpet I have on the stairs. I would like to be able to remove the fuzz that collects in the nozzle that got missed by the vaccuum and would also like to buy an extender so I can stand up to do the larger 4 x5 area rug though.

I have also used it to clean my carpeted stairway , my carpet in my vehicles & rugs in my home . Seriously one of the best most used products in my home .I have owned it for several years & it has never failed me . Love it so much I purchased one for my parents recently . So much easier to use than my larger carpet cleaner .
