This thing is awesomesauce! I have a rottweiler that can literally unload a half gallon of pee at once but the bissell got it all up without a trace!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to clean my dog's urine on carpet. It did its job just fine. The only flip side is that I left the clean side water in it and it leaked. Luckily I left the cleaner on a tiled floor, but I will empty the water tanks after using it in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprisingly pleased with this little machine. First of all, it's easy to pick up and move from place to place, including on stairs. Second, I thought I did a very good job on deep stains that had been in the carpet from my cats for quite some time. Fortunately, now that I have the machine, I can get the stains immediately. I t can be a little laborious going over the carpet very, very slowly after the carpet has been sprayed, but it's well worth the effort. I am glad I purchased this.

I chose this machine for the compact size and light weight. It was easy to get set for use. I wish the scrubbing tool was wider to cover more area. I realize it is a small unit and that is why I bought it. A full size carpet cleaner is too heavy for me to use. I would recommend it for use in small areas, furniture, small stains, etc.
