I wish the attachment was easier to clean, because there were some dog hairs I couldn't rinse out from under the clear plastic. Overall I'm really glad I purchased this, since it removed even very old stains from our carpet.

It cleans very well even on my throw pillows and the smell is just amazing. I love it so much that I bought another one and sent it to my parents in the Phillipines so they can clean our 10-year old sofa (gross, right?!)! Hopeful to make it a new sofa with this one!! More power Bissell! :)

This is a great little machine. It was easy to assemble, easy to use and it worked well. I used it to clean the carpet on our stairs. We have a large carpet cleaner which does a good job but it is too big to try and use in a stairwell. The little green machine worked well on the carpet on the stairs. Easy to assemble, easy to use and it does a great job.

I use this to clean small areas and to clean our covered dining room chairs. They had 20 years of spills and grime and after a good cleaning with the pet spot cleaner they are clean and bright and look great.

Luckily I left the cleaner on a tiled floor, but I will empty the water tanks after using it in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprisingly pleased with this little machine. First of all, it's easy to pick up and move from place to place, including on stairs. Second, I thought I did a very good job on deep stains that had been in the carpet from my cats for quite some time. Fortunately, now that I have the machine, I can get the stains immediately. I t can be a little laborious going over the carpet very, very slowly after the carpet has been sprayed, but it's well worth the effort. I am glad I purchased this.
