[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this product to clean rugs and couches so far (we just got it but the cars are next for sure). So far we really like the product. It leaves a clean smell and you can see the dirt it gets up. The only limitation is size. For larger areas or rugs it will definitely take time but for price and convenience of size and mobility-- great product.

The suction to remove the wash water is very poor and the design of the suction head does not allow it to press firmly to the fabric leaving the fabric wet and still dirty. Very poor product and I doubt the veracity of the number of positive reviews

I just bought this machine to clean my couch which was covered in spots from the dog. I'm happy to say, it got out every stain & the couch looks like new. It was easy to assemble and use. I'm very happy I purchased this machine.
