It works well at cleaning spots on the carpet and the couches. I cannot clean the nozzle and it drives me crazy! What kind of ridiculous design is that! I mean really!

Had this machine for several years and recently the spray nozzle does not dispense water when I pull the trigger. I've tried cleaning the nozzle but it still does not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Little Green Portable Carpet Cleaner because we have cats and getting out my large Green machine (it is about 25 years old...yep... it is still working!) is a lot of work. A friend who has multiple pets has one and recommended this model to us. We have had the machine for a mere month, but we are very pleased with this little gem. Highly recommend Bissell products.

The Little Green Cleaner is light weight and easy to use. I used it to clean spots on a carpet and to clean the carpeted stairs. It has good suction and gets out spots easily.

Lightweight and easy to use on stairs. However the nozzle stopped spraying out water. After troubleshooting with a representative, it was determined it was unable to unclog and had to purchase another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
