[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed directions to set up and it's not working. It said to unscrew the black cap at the bottom to fill and to remove the cup inside. There's only a rubber plus and I can't see where to remove the cup. Poorly written directions

This is the second one I've had. Love this little cleaner. So easy to use and very effective. I have 3 dogs, one of which is a puppy. Needless to say, many messes to clean up. You just can't go wrong with this cleaner.
