I needed something to clean up quickly and easily after my kids and dog and this little Bissell delivers! We have upholstered chairs that often get stains from my kids eating on them and a dog who...is a dog and makes messes on our rug. Using this machine to remove the dirt and stains has given a longer life to our rugs and furniture. It's so satisfying to see how dirty the water is! Cleaning the machine is super easy and doesn't take long to air dry. Highly recommend!

Leaks on the solution side

I bought this maybe 4 months ago and it leaks all over the place everytime I use it. It didn't the first time, but every time since then I have to put a towel underneath it. I'm not sure how to fix the problem. I read through the manual and all my parts are there and I close it tightly.

Tonight I am ordering my third "Little Green Machine. I have read all of the reviews, and thanks to your website, I have learned how to deal with previous problems other folks have mentioned. The hose has cracked right at the body; I've duct-taped it for the last time. I have six house cats and one dog; the usual nieces and nephews; but here's a problem I have not seen mentioned: I've had seven-years with my Mom who has Alzheimer's Disease, and God bless her, there are "accidents". The "Little Green Machine" is the solution for this! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat had a UTI and had an accident on our bed and I was convinced the mattress was a goner. In an attempt to save $1,000 on top of the pricey vet bill, a friend loaned me their little green. I had little to no faith and was already mattress shopping, but this thing saved my mattress! this thing is PERFECT for small spot treatments and really has excellent suction to pull the stains out of the fabric. I loved it so much I immediately went and purchased one myself. Works great on couches and I've even deep cleaned my car seats! 1000% recommend this product if you have kids and/or pets!

We've had our Bissell for about 3 years now, and I've never understood why I had to turn the sprayer over and use the other side upside down to suck up the extra moisture. After finally deciding to look online at the specs, low and behold, I'm missing the plastic attachment over the suction area!!!! Life could have been so much easier, couches cleaned in record time, dogs back to slumbering and slobbering upon them in hours not days!!! Just think of all the game shows I missed, all the facebook hours I have to make up, all the texting I am behind all because I didn't bother to read or look at the manual before cleaning.... and for shame, I am a woman. I hang my head. By the way, other than this, I loved using the unit. Scrubbing with the brush and using the unit to the best of it's limited ability really was great. SO I ask you, can I buy this part I need , or will I need to purchase the entire sprayer/extractor? Thank you o'wise and great ones!!!
