Leaves my furniture soaking wet! Now I'm out $100 and have nasty wet couches. Can't return it because it has been used. Worthless.

Sorry about you experience with the Little Green. One should only apply the amount of cleaning solution needed as oversaturating anything (whether upholstery or carpet) can lead to this problem.

So easy to use this little green machine is number one in my book I have a small dog that seem to pee on my carpet and misses the pedal pad. Its cool she try's she is 3 years old. This Machine is amazing !!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a little green Bissell for years. This is my third. It works great for pet accidents, food spills and vomit. I always soak up/get up excess first or use the nozzle and suction as much as possible. Then I spray Oxyclean on the stain and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then I use the Bissell to suck up all the liquid, spray it with the Bissell formula and suck it up again. FYI If you press down firmly on the head of the wand, you will suck up more liquid. When finished, I always run fresh water through the hose by putting the nozzle under the faucet while the machine is turned on. I always empty the collection tank after every use. These two steps eliminate the odor the next time the Bissell is used which has been a common complaint. I have never had luck with stains by using just the formula that comes with the Bissell. I always have to use Oxyclean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New purchase. Used 3/4 of the cleaning solution & water tank to clean an area about 1 ft x 1 ft. I noticed there was only 1-3 Tablespoons of dirty water in the grey water tank. I went over the wet area many times. No more dirty water came out which means most of the dirty water is still in carpet. Water will evaporate and dirt stays where it started. I expected better performance. Bissell needs to up their game and get a good team to fix suction issues because this one has hardly any .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It takes a little getting used to to avoid spilling dirty water when cleaning the tank but now I think I've gotten it down. Overall I am happy with my purchase
