[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean the cushions on my outdoor patio set. Did not remove any of the dirt marks. Plus there was only one cleaning nozzle included in the box. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine cleans great. For dogs and 2 yr old granddaughters-- great! BUT IT STINKS!! I have soaked and washed it out and cleaned it AND IT STILL STINKS!!! You cannot clean it. It is still cleaning and does that great, but we are throwing it out because it SMELLS UP THE WHOLE HOUSE when it runs. Going to look for something else.

Thanks for your review. The best way to clean is to take a bowl of tap water, and suction the water back in the collection tank. You may have to do this a few times until clean water comes back.

A decent spot cleaning tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't clean the upholstery tool. Dirt and gunk clog up the sides and there is no way to clean it out. It's disgusting.

Leaks dirty water all over the floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great until it didn't. I've only needed to use it a handful of times in the 3 years I've had it and out of nowhere it started leaking dirty water all over from the bottom. By the time i was finished cleaning up the spot on the carpet, the floor was wet with dirty water and there was little to no dirty water in the designated tank. Very disappointing. I've seen similar reviews and those who were eligible for a replacement said it happened to their new one as well. Just a warning to those interested in this product.
