[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being an avid pet fan dogs primarily I find it necessary to clean up after my playful puppy. Let's face it dogs get sick occasionally and this device makes the clean up very manageable,. This is my third unit in 25 years and this one is as good as the first. I love my Bissel.

Product is AMAZING! Not just for pet stains! I've used on furniture, drapes, fabric headboard, fabric chairs, fabric window blinds, and carseats. Both factory installed and children's. DON'T HESITATE! THIS PRODUCT IS A MUST FOR EVERY HOME, WITH OR WITHOUT FUR BABIES!

Stinks horribly when in use

We have tried everything from running gallons of water through, vinegar, baking soda, sucking bissell cleaner, the smell emitted from exhaust air from machine while in use is putrid. Empty tank after each use and clean head and hose as well as possible. Ours is an older version without the heat but the odor is awful. Any ideas would be great otherwise it is now useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It will suck up a glass of water in record time but will not so much as pull a single drop of moisture out of my furniture which is primarily why I purchased this machine. And yes, I've done all the trouble shooting steps and tried multiple angles for the cleaning wand, and nothing pulls into the waste water tank. I might as well just spray cleaning solution on the cushions and wipe it with a rag, I'd get the same results, and not be out the price I paid for this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We really had no idea just how much we needed this crazy cleaning machine but once we saw how much grime came out of a carpet we thought was clean we were shocked. We moved onto the dining room chairs and in no time they looked and smelled wonderful. Then we braced for the big project. A couch and love seat we have had for 7 years. We vacuumed, spot cleaned and occasionally sprayed some fabreeze on them but that was all we could do until now. OMG! This machine is an investment in your furniture!
