This machine paid for itself after the first use! My kids stained my couches so much I have used couch covers for the past year. I used the bissell and they look brand new! These are heavy set in stains I am talking about. After seeing how well it worked I decided to try it on my husband's SUV. His seats looked pretty bad as well and was looking to buy seat covers. After I was done it looked like we had just driven it off the car dealership lot. I still can't believe the difference!

What suction?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cleaner to use on my staircase and couch upholstery. All I can say is what a waste of money, time and energy. The sprayer is great, but the no-suction return just creates an inconvenient, dirty, wet mess. I followed directions, did all the "troubleshooting" I could, but this cleaner simply does not deliver what it advertises. Don't bother unless your standards for cleaning are low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite having a sheet protector, pee would seep through onto our sons' mattresses. We would try spot cleaning, but nothing really got the stains out. And we were covering up the smell with sprays but know they weren't really clean. So my mom suggested this portable cleaner. And of course, momma was right. This along with the bissell cleaner and elbow grease got the stains out and left the mattresses smelling wonderful. It was easy to put together. Instructions show you how to clean different ways. The deep clean method worked best. The machine is easy to carry and move around. Filling, emptying and cleaning the containers is seamless. Overall, this is well worth the spend.
