I loved this machine until I had to clean the carpet cleaner... it is outrageous that you cannot properly clean a carpet cleaner! I use to recommend it to everyone... now I HATE IT.

Thanks for the feedback, Chandra - so easily clean the machine, try suctioning up a small amount of water and BISSELL formula using the hose. This'll help clean the nozzle, hose, and tank of any dirt or debris.

she sleeps so sound when she sleeps on our couch, that she wets herself without knowing. This little green machine works great for those little accidents. I have also used it on a few places on our carpet, more accidents, and it works great there too. I love it, it is so much easier than getting out my big carpet cleaner. I would tell everyone to get this little green machine.

I really want my money back so I can look at other machines

The machine works fine but the design of the bottles and the machine stupidest dumbest most inconvenient piece of crap I've ever used. Have you tried using this thing when you pull the tanks off and you have to refill it please tell me how you hold onto it so that you can fill it clean it, rinse it, dump it out without it, slipping out of your hands and spilling all over the place, how do you stand it up so you can pour stuff in it you don't and then it's impossible once you start putting cleaner in it slipped out of your hands I'm gonna look for my receipt because I'm pretty sure it hasn't been 90 days. Shape of the tanks are way too slippery. Impossible to remove. You can't set them down in case you need to grab the bottle of cleaner. It's impossible to pull them off of the machine who designed this thing?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We loved it arrived in time for Christmas. It was a gift but was used 2 days after Christmas and worked exactly liked we had hope for the recipient. Hope to borrow soon to see how it works on living room chairs. Both of our kids have one and love them and how easy they are to use on carpet, car seats, car interiors, etc.
