My Love Hate Relationship with All varieties of the machine.

We have been using one version or another since they 1st came out. 3 cats kept them busy. Every one of them suffers from the same problem; see review below. "Love Hate Relationship with Little Green August 14, 2013 I want to say I love the way the Little Green cleans our pet messes. I also want to add there should be a way that you could take the 3" scrubber attachment apart to clean as well at the dirty water tank.(that is the part I hate) REALLY? You expect people to use dirty smelly attachments and tanks? Please help with a solution to this problem." I wouldn't be without one of these machines even if I didn't have pets. The advanced features on the higher priced models do not enhance their performance. They all soak, brush, and suck. That is their job.

Thank you for your review. To clean the tools and upholstery hose; just take a bowl of tap water and suction the water back into the tank to push the debris through. It's fine to soak the tanks in hot water and a bit of BISSELL formula.

I never had a problem with it has always got up every stain I tackled with it.I can't think of anything bad to say with this product as it's always been perfect every time. I just recently purchased the second one just because after using it for 10 years it probably got a little bit dirty in the hose. Ken

Our 23 cats keep my husband and the Little Green busy every day. We even keep it in a place of honor (for it's easy accessibility). This is actually our third Bissell portable carpet cleaner. Each has lasted for years (average of 5 years), and that is with the constant daily use. We swear by Bissell, and I love the fact that Bissell is so pet-oriented. Keep up the great work, Bissell!

Used the Little Green for the first time. How amazing. Been wanting to clean a VERY DIRTY wing-backed chair. Upholstery cleaner/sprays just don't do the job. Can't tell you how clean the chair now looks. It did take a couple of cleanings---but it was very dirty--you should have seen the water! Also, have started to clean some carpeting--again, will take a few tries but it is getting clean. Hope it continues to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I began using this product immediately to clean up multiple "accidents" my dog made while being sick. This design seems better than the last as it's possible to completely empty and rinse both containers using the top hole. I also love the HydroRinse tool which enables you to completely flush all of the dirty water from the hose. The hose wraps neatly around the unit to store. Overall, the cleaner seemed to clean dirty spots up to 12" diameter very well.

I borrowed my sister's little green machine to clean the carpet in our truck, and it worked so unbelievably well I went out and bought one for myself. When I told my sister, she said hers quit working after I returned it; it was used less than 10 times. Mine was used 4 times and quit spraying as well. We went through the troubleshooting and my husband took it apart to clean it thoroughly,he is very handy and can fix anything. Not this machine, though. I would never waste $100+ on this machine again. When it works, it does a fantastic job. It is not a good value for something that shouldn't be "disposable" after a few uses.
