Little Green Mean Machine

We've had ours for about 3 years and it's done a great job. I'm here to purchase a new non-motorized cleaning wand (we broke ours) and a new collection tank. My only grumble is cleaning the collection tank. Some things just won't rinse out of it so dirt collects. For me, no matter what I use or how much I rinse the tank I can't get it clean. That's why I'm buying a new one. The old one is just gross and why chance the germs. In hind sight I recommend EVERYONE to RINSE OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE very well. I am so happy however that the replacement part prices are really reasonable! Often it costs more to buy parts than to buy a new on. Thanks for not being that way!

This machine is hard to clean out, especially the head. You can't take the head apart, and there is no way to slide anything into it to pull hair or dirt out. The inside bottom of the machine where the tanks rest is hard to clean also, due to all the little crevasses in the bottom,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Christine - we're happy to help you with this! First, disconnect the cleaning tool from the spray trigger by pushing down on button lock and pulling straight off (DO NOT twist tools to remove them). Once removed from the spray trigger, all tools can be cleaned by rinsing under clean running water. To flush the tools and hose before storage, suction up a bowl or full sink of clean water to ensure all debris are removed. Then empty the dirty water. This is working great for us so far. We did a good cleaning on our couch that's been in the family.for over 50 years. This have it a first over professional cleaning in my book. It will need a one more over though because of the dirtiness lol. This has also helped with cleaning up dog messes as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cats that do what cats do, which is eat too fast and barf, or get hairballs and barf. I have done spot cleaning and while can remove most stains, it is a pain to do. And after awhile, looking at the carpet in the bedroom, time to tackle it decently. I heard that this was supposed to be good, and easy to use, and got it. Not sure if the water needs to be heated to 140 F, since it will quickly cool down, but I warmed the water. Using the Bissell Spot and Stain solution, I got ready. I moved everything I could out of the room, vacuumed, then mapped out my strategy, as there were many, many spots to treat. I could never have expected how quickly and well it worked. Almost effortless. And the stains were gone. And in an section where there was a larger area that had darkened, it got measurably improved. It wasn't a stain per se, just looked dirty for unknown reasons. I even did a microfiber chair with the Little Green. There is one thing I didn't expect. You have the tank filled with hot water, you screw on the black cap, and when you invert it, water squirts out the vent hole. Putting you finger over the hole stops it, but the water is hot that wants to come out.

I bought the LGPC cleaner to help clean the messes & I am so happy I did. It's light & easy to carry, simple to use & IT WORKS! You can literally see the dirt coming out of your carpet/upholstery (ew!) and it dries almost right away so there's no need to steer clear of the wet spots. I love it so much I've been checking out Bissell vacuums because I'm sure they're much better than the one I have.
