Nice little machine but needs new nozzle design

Just used this cute Little Green machine to clean carpeted stairs. Did a fine job however clean up of nozzle is another story. Little bits of grit trapped in nozzle and it does not come apart for cleaning. Contacted Bissell and was directed to a site that offers an after market nozzle that does come apart. This tells me that I am not the only one with this complaint. After spending $80.00 for this puppy I'm not inclined to spend another $8.00 plus shipping for something that should have been part of the design in the first place. Thinking of returning machine. I have recently purchased a Pro Heat x2 which does have a removable nozzle and it worked like a champ and was a breeze to clean. Come on Bissell fess up to your design mistake and make this new nozzle available at no cost to folks who purchased this machine. Will go a long way in keeping repeat customers

Little Green Saved My Sectional!

About 6 months ago, my husband and I went out and bought a new sectional. He thought I was out of my mind choosing such a light colored sectional with 4 grandkids who visit us frequently. I am pretty strict, making the grandkids eat at the table, but my husband is much more lenient. We had all the grandkids over the weekend, and while I was showering, my husband decided to give them all chocolate. My heart sank when I saw my sectional. They had gotten chocolate all over it. I went out and purchased the Bissel Little Green Machine, I had been wanting one a few years. I spent yesterday cleaning my sectional, and I was really impressed at how great of a job it did removing all the stains. For such a little machine, it did an awesome job cleaning every single stain. It is affordably priced and worth every penny. I would recommend this little portable cleaner to anyone who likes to keep their furniture an carpet clean!

Power cord not long enough

I purchased this product for the purpose of cleaning one rug in my daughter's bedroom and the interior of my car. I cleaned the rug in her room and it looked great. However, I could not even get the Little Green unit to REACH my vehicle. I have two power outlets that I utilize for outdoors, and both are well over 15 feet away from accessing my vehicle. It would not be a problem except that you can't use an extension cord with the Little Green. I researched the Proheat Autocare but it only has a 15 foot cord as well. I would highly recommend that Bissell consider increasing the legnth of the cord to at least 25-30 feet or figure out a way to make the product safe to use with an extension cord. I am extremely disappointed and will be returning it to the store where I purchased it.

My husband first bought me a little green machine when we were first married with pets- yes I requested one for Christmas. Each one has lasted more than a decade with no problems. This cleans coffee, wine, cat yak, pet piddle and more. Easy to use, easy to clean ,always gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I hope Bissel keeps making these for the coming decades - a proven cleaner.

I like this carpet cleaner. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's got a long hose and long cord so I can clean most everything without having to switch plugs. The cleaner is small, so it takes me maybe 10 swipes to get one couch cushion, but it does work getting dirt out. Great for small stains. Would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the Little Green Machine that has kept my house clean for 2 decades. Glad one was yet available for purchase. (Thanks for making it easy to write this - format and product. My gut says it is an American concept and execution. The old one stopped 'sucking up' and likely there's a part to replace it and make it work again.)
