I will not hesitate to buy another one if needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace an old little green clean machine that quit working. This new one works great to remove carpet stains and also when pets mess up our carpet. Unfortunately, this one does not heat up the cleaning solution which make it less effective than my old unit.

I simply love this "little" machine. I wish it could be attached to an upright unit for people who have back problems and find it hard to get on the floor to do rugs, etc., otherwise, it is a great strong little macine.

Great machine until it starts leaking

I think this a great machine but had to keep a towel under it to soak up the cleaning solution that would leak out of it. Found the problem in the cleaning solution tank where the straw is pushed into the cap assembly. The area that the straw gets pushed into was cracked. Seems like a bad design if a rubbery straw can put enough pressure on it to crack it. Had to order a new cap assembly and seems to be ok now. We'll see how long this one lasts.
