I love the green machine but it all of a sudden stop spraying the water through the hose when I push the button. How can I fix this problem or should I get a new one ?

I purchased a Little Green Machine for myself many years ago. I have cleaned stairs, spot cleaned carpet, sucked up large water spills, shampooed a 20 year old upholstered recliner, which now looks like new. In short I love it and think every household should own one. I was surprised to find it still available on your web site. I purchased this new one for my son. In a round about way, I also purchased one for my daughter who lives in Washington state. I could find no way on your web site to ship to a separate address. It was difficult, but I managed by using her name, address, and her credit card, then reimbursing her for the charge. She has used hers already and loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked like a champ! I wish it had more suction because I didn't see the amount of soapy water go into the dirty water tank. Now keep in mind this was my first try using it. I used it on a piece of furniture I bought second hand. I will say though the stains...are gone! I allowed it to dry for several days with a jet engine blowing on the chair. It looks nice. I will go back over it again before I move it to its spot. As far as all the other cleaners...I have only used 2 so far. I bought so many different cleaners because I didn't know which ones to get, which worked or smelled the best. So I bought them all!

Best Little Green Yet

I have owned a Little Green Machine in all it's forms, since it's inception. I could not imagine not having a Little Green in my cleaning arsenal. I use it for everything....carpets (especially track areas) & upholstery both inside my home & in my vehicles. I bought this current version because, after 14 years, my last one finally wore out. The new model I purchased is the one which does NOT heat the water. The hot water from my tap is hot enough to do the job & I feel the extra expense to get the version that heats the water just is not necessary. I find this design is a big improvement to the previous design with regard to the location of the liquid holding containers. A tip I would recommend: Going over the areas you cleaned with just the suction several times after the initial scrubbing & watch the fluid as it moves through the clear part of the cleaning brush until there is very little going through. Remember, the more moisture you extract, the quicker the dry time. I also speed up dry time by turning on my ceiling fans &/or using an ocelating fan. Once again, I would not be without one of these machines.
