Great picture. Smart features need work

The Good:
Incredible picture. Great 3D. Good sound with the TV speakers. This television really delivers impressive HD quality.
The Bad:
Smart features are slow to load and inconsistent.
I am hoping that future firmware will fix these.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best TV I have ever owned

Well i like the picture quality, Smart tv features, 3d features and also streaming wireless. I like the auto dimming feature to save energy and also you can watch movies or files from your thumb drive. i kind of wished it had a web cam so that i can use my skype on it.
In all, I am very satisfied with LG 55LM8600.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Perfect TV, but lacking in the smart department

Just the looks of this TV is outstanding, I am very satisfied with the looks of it.
The picture quality is excellent. I especially love the pisture wizard to better fine tune the picture to individual likes.
The magic remote that comes with the TV works well. I think the speech abilities of the magic remote needs to be expanded to all functions of the TV rather than just the searching functions.
**The smart functions needs work, as it lacks useful and good apps.

Sleek styling plus innovative technology

I purchased the LG 47LM6700 because of the wide array of technology that was available specifically the built in wi-fi and full browser. But it's the amazing picture quality and 3D effects that blew me away once we got the TV unboxed and plugged in. To truly appreciate the picture clarity, you have to have a digital HD source otherwise you might as well just watch regular analog TV. It has ample HDMI and USB inputs plus it has a really cool remote. The remote takes a little time to get used to. If you have jittery hands then it might be a little frustrating trying to move the cursor. But outside of that, for the money, this is the best TV out there in its class.

I cannot say enough about this TV! The picture is unreal! The only suggestion is definately purchase the LG surround sound system because the sound on the TV is not great.

Outstanding 3D TV

First time buying an LG TV. When I saw the 3D picture, it boggled my mind.. The whole family likes the passive glasses, no headaches. Best TV we own. Will buy another LG TV when needed for sure.

I was in the market for a new larger TV. What I got was a far better television experience than I could have imagined. the 3D is as good as in the cinema and the picture quality is ridiculous.
