The first thing I did with these pans was pick one and cook scrambled eggs. I purposely didn’t butter the pan and was overjoyed when nothing stuck. My previous pans from another company were a sticky nightmare. Plus the handles are riveted on and I no longer have to keep tightening them. Very pleased.

I love these pieces so much. They are easy to clean right away too, I hand wash mine because I want to make sure they last a long time. If I could add or change one thing it would be for a really small pan or a medium sized soup pan.
