Letters coming off the controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my cook top less than two years. I love it with the exception of two things. The first is that the letters are coming off beside the dials. You can see the "Lo" is almost worn off and the 4 is starting to wear. I have only used a microfiber cloth and stainless steel cleaner as recommended. I am not happy. The other issue is that the simmer burner boils. When I place a pan on it to simmer, it bubbles in the middle of the pan. I have good heavy gauge copper cookware so it is not the issue.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still haven't been able to use...bad regulator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to review this product but it was delivered and installed on February 9,2019 and shortly after we noticed a gas small. Installer came back and realized it was a bad regulator....even though it was a brand new stove top. I called LG and after calling the installer back again and dismantling it,since the serial # is tucked under the edge where countertop is...really?, LG was to send me a new regulator in 5-10 days. Even though that time frame is unacceptable I had no choice ...it's now been 14 days and no new regulator. So no I can't review this product because I haven't been able to use it for over a month now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful & functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we were remodeling our kitchen the one thing I knew for sure was that I wanted a gas cooktop. I never saw this one in person, but I loved the size of it and the features (I had always wanted a 5 burner). When it was installed, it was so beautiful I was afraid to use it! I have been using it for just a couple of weeks and I love it. It lights very easy and cooks beautifully. I have not yet used the grill that came with it, but am very excited to. I had gone from an electric glass top to this model and the clean up is so much easier with this cooktop. I know many people think the glass tops are easy to clean, but after awhile it is hard to get clean and just looks dirty. The grates come off of this cooktop and go right in the dishwasher. Just fabulous all around!

Not at all happy with the cooktop! The “ink” has all come off and the knobs have a plastic bottom and have all cracked/broken off.

Superb stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Five months of daily use and this is a no-problem cooking surface. Grates are strong, easy to clean and support all pots and pans. Unit ignites immediately and the burners are easily and well controlled!
