Quiet and Easy to use

Overall, a nice product. My only complaint is the utensil holder. The idea of hanging the forks and spoons is good, but when you try to remove them, if they aren't completely aligned with the hole, they catch and some times the whole utensil container come off the washer and spills all over. Just have to be careful.Very nice product!

I was looking for a middle priced machine and think this was a good choice. I find it harder to arrange my dishes and utensils than my previous machine, and think the time it takes to complete the cycles is far too long. I can't believe it saves that much energy. The racks and the adjustments of the prongs or whatever they're called is somewhat limited and I can't fit as many cups, glasses, and small dishes in the top rack as I would like, and I have yet to figure out how to arrange various plates, bowls, pans and such in the bottom rack efficiently since all the "prongs" are the same height. It would help to have an actual manual to show how best to load it,.

Very Quiet

I bought this dishwasher a few months ago, and I like the adjustable shelves and how how quiet the machine is, but the thing that I am disappointed with is the drying feature. Everything stays soaking wet for days. The machine I had prior to this dried my dishes very well, i would be able to put away the dishes the next day. The only reason we for rid of it that after about 10 years it finally decided to quit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The silverware basket on the door is impossible! The slots aren't wide enough for the handles or the blades of my knives. The spoons and forks tend to nest, leaving food wedged between them. Now I have to put them in the basket with the tines and spoons at the bottom, so they still nest.Plates are easy to place in the bottom and the top [salad plates], but the movable feature of the other side of the bottom rack is nearly worthless. As I load the machine I cannot use that side for additional plates because the spaces are too wide to keep them upright.All in all, I would rather have the simplicity of stationary racks on the bottom and a different configuration for the flatware.I can't even use the spaces below to explain my "con" rating!
