This product does have some great features!

I love how quiet the dishwasher is. Didn't think we could find one that was quiet, we can hardly hear it. The dishes come out very clean. I don't like how long it takes for the cycle to finish so I use the one hour wash. Also don't care much for the silverware holder. We like it on the door but it doesn't hold real good and comes off too easy and then the silverware falls out. But other than that, I am very pleased with the dishwasher and am thankful to have it. Seems to be a good quality product!

The dishwasher works great. The only draw back is the cycles take 3 - 4 hours to complete.

Despite rinsing everything we put into the dishwasher it gets smelly before it is full. The only way we could get our dishes and glasses, etc. clean is to use a long time feature plus Sani wash. It takes well over 2 hours and yet the detergent dispenser still has undissolved Cascade in it. We have made it a point not to load anything in that area that might inhibit water flow.When we used the Cascade packets that came with the unit, we had white milky streaks on dishes, glasses, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quiet dishwasher. Love the over night wash feature. Almost to many features to figure out. The only thing I wish it had is a food disposal like my last one. I worry a little more about getting the dishes scraped clean before putting them in. I would definately recommend this product.

I love the rinse/dry aid receptacle has a level that lets you know when you need to add more. I like the versatility of the adjustable rack & choice of position for the cutlery holder. It is so much quieter than the Whirlpool Gold Dishwasher it replaces.

Easy installation.

This dishwasher was very easy to install following the well thought out instruction sheet. After a little experimenting we have learned how best to load the dishes compared to our old dishwasher. Being able to put the silverware basket on the door or in the rack is a good feature. Considering the cost this unit is very quiet. We are very pleased with it so far.

Sound levels much improved from earlier models

I was much surprised that this years model is much quieter that my old Whirlpool Gold model that it replaced. We now can actually run the dishwasher while looking at the TV.
