Very quiet, great features

I am happy with the purchase. like the fact that silverware container is on door, thus freeing up more space on bottom rack. many of my larger flatware handles don't fit in the slots, so we removed one of the flip lids.Once concern is that the top of the machine got some scratches on it that we can't figure out how happened.

Very Quiet!

My previous dishwasher was also a Whirlpool and I've been very satisfied with it. It was time for a new one so I decided to look for an upgrade of what I had. Happy with my decision to stay with Whirlpool.

Great dishwasher, could not be happier

I bought this from HH Gregg after a very frustrating experience with another brand of dishwasher we previously owned. This dishwasher is quiet, efficient, lots of room for any type of dish or piece of silverware, lots of different options with respect to cycle, quickness of wash, etc. We could not be happier, whoever buys this would love it. I wish we had more Whirlpool products in our kitchen, which we will change over time.

Worst ever

I have purchased Whirlpool appliances for almost 50 years. This is without a doubt the worst product I have ever had. If I could, I would return it in a minute, however, I paid an additional $150 to have it installed. The dishwasher does NOT clean my dishes. Even my old dishwasher, which was failing, did a better job than this one. I think you've seen the last of me. Within the first week, the brackets that hold the glass racks in place came off and I had a heck of a time figuring out how to put them back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Performance - Sensor Cycles Many Times

decent product - good capacity.Sensor is supposed to detect soil levels and adjust dishwashing cycle accordingly. However the sensor causes the machine to cycle on and off many times: turns on for three seconds (load buzz), off for 10 seconds, repeat 14-18 times. Extremely Annoying and NOISY! Whirlpool repairman says that this operation is "by design".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
