Great for the money

Had an older GU1200. Control board broke. This new one is quieter, and seems to use less energy.As expected, it is slower than the old washer, and it drys slightly worse.Only time will tell if the electronics are more reliable than the old 1200.

This product has all the features that we desire in a dishwasher.It is easy to use and cleans very well.The adjustable rack prongs are a good feature.The silverware holder is a problem; we upgraded from our previous Whirlpool dishwasher and had a much better holder in the old model.The lid to the holder does not always readly latch in place. Our silverware does not fit in slots. SWilverware turns sideways in the holder when you close the door.

Excellent value for the money!

This dishwasher is an excellent value especially when compared to higher priced units with the same features. The noise level is very low and dishes come out spotless. The capacity is exceptional and the adjustable tines allow for maximized space to accommodate a large combination of bowls, plates and other items. Highly recommended.

Excellent dishwasher

This dishwasher replaced a top of the line from another manufacture.That unit was only two years old and was having motor problems. After talking with the appliance repairman he suggested I look at the Whirpool line. I am very happy that I did. This dishwasher really cleans the dishes. I have yet to find a dish which I have put in this dishwasher that didn't come out clean and that includes plates with dried egg. I love the power scour and the ability to adjust the wash according to what is loaded. The overnight is great and saves a ton of water as well as the sensor mode. I do use it in sensor mode most of the time. Recently I have been using the sanatize mode as I have had a head cold and didn't want to pass it on to the rest of the family.Over all I am extreamly pleased with this dishwasher and would highly reccomend it to anyone.

Quiet Dishwasher that cleans great

We purchased this a month ago and have enjoyed it. The dishes are spotless and the dishwasher is quiet. It also stays clean (I was worried about cleaning the stainless steel).

We purchased the Whirlpool dishwasher and have enjoyed using it. I love the one hour cycle. You start the dishwasher and know it will be finished in an hour. It also gets the dishes really clean. I have had Whirlpool before and would purchase this brand again.Paula Markuson
