easy to use

All you need to do is load the dishes and utensils in the proper places of the dishwasher, load the cleaning solution, shut the door and push the settings you prefer.

The wash cycles are not good, they last much too long.

The wash cycle is much too long, we put it on normal I believe and it ran for more than 2 hours and we had to shut it off. There must be a better way to do the cycles. It is not easy to use.

Welcome addition to our kitchen

This dishwasher was a gift from our thoughtful daughter, who thought (accurately) that our previous dishwasher was so last century. Learn the appropriate operations was more complicated than on our previous unit. The standard cycle, which we use most often, runs for what seems to me to be much too long; saving energy is a nice idea, but our purpose is to get dishes clean and back into service without undue delay. The cleaning process is excellent but the drying process is not. Dishes are left wet when they should be completely dry. (If I wanted to hand-dry dishes, I wouldn't need a dishwasher.) I have learned that by cracking the door open early in the drying cycle, the dishes will be drier, but the kitchen will be more humid, rather a poor trade-off. The machine is surprisingly quiet thoughout the cycle, a very nice feature, especially in comparison to our previous unit. Even with its shortcomings, however, I'm glad our daughter thought to bring us into the 21st century.

We have had this about a month. It is so great to have a quiet dishwasher. Love the roominess to load, and the simplicity of operating. A wash feature to meet any need!

I HAVE NEVER HAD A WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCE BEFORE. THIS ONE IS TERRIFIC. I LOVE THE MULTIPLE CHOICES, SOUND LEVEL AND SPACIOUS TUB WITH 3 WASHERS! I WOULD RECOMEND THIS TO EVERYONE
