Very quiet!

I bought this model in April. It does a great job cleaning the dishes; however, the door and the bottom remain wet even when using the high heat cycle for drying. I have been told this will improve as the plastic tub "cures", so will have to wait and see on that. Cycles are very long, but the unit is so quiet that I barely notice it is running. I would choose top, rather than front, controls in the future to for ease of use.

Overall Good Product With A Few Hiccups

When our dishwasher was un-packed and installed we noticed that the door was very stiff to open and close. It may need further lubrication to free up the motion, but, we were afraid to use common lubes like silicone for fear it would damage the door seals. Also, any silverware that we put on the left side of the door under where the soap dispenses, came out with a gooey coating after wash & dry were complete--we have to clean them manually every time. With that being said everything else about this model is above average. It is very quiet and cleans all dishes well on the upper and lower racks. Also, the eco setting seems to save energy while still doing a good cleaning job. I guess the pros out-weigh the cons--would buy this model again and recommend to others.

This product performs well. I only wish it had a rinse only cycle, I do miss that. The sound level is not super quite, but that was not an issue with me. There weren't a lot of choices in the color I wanted. I would recommend this product.

My dishes are sparkling clean at the end of the cycle. However, it does take much more time for the complete cycle than with my former washer since there is an emphasis on energy efficiency.I like the fact that the silverware container can be hooked to the outside of the racks to provide more space, and I also like that I can increase some of the areas to accommodate large baking dishes, etc.I also appreciate that I can adjust the racks for the height of plates, etc.Even though I use the recommended Cascade rinse aid, the handles of the silverware are still quite moist after the heating cycle has been completed. Therefore, I frequently dry them by hand.Much of the upper rack, for me, is needed for cups, glasses, and for soup and cereal bowls. I position the bowls according to the instruction manual, but the left-over space is not utilized very well. I keep trying to readjust my loading of things, but I have not found the perfect fit yet.

The machine is great, but the holes in the covers of the silverware holder should be larger to fit larger handles on our silverware to keep them separate. We need to lift the covers to put our silverware in.Did not need as many wash cycles as this washer has but really liked the nice internal features in the tub and racks and the way the spray arms are positioned.That is why we bought this model.Was fairly easy to hook up myself.Overall this was a very good purchase.

quality for the price

My only problem I see with this product is the noise level, it has been louder each time we have used the dish washer. I wear hearing aids and have noticed the increase in the noise level. I hope there isn't something going wrong with the pump or motor.

Pleasantly surprised with how well this cleans crusty & dried on food from my dishes, Does an exceptional job on glassware! Usually had not put large bowls in but now have room to do so.Very happy with the performance.
