I have had it about one month and run it severalTimes a week. I don't like that it does not have an unlock on the handle. The silverware holder on the door is poorly designed. It isFairly quiet and does a decent job of cleaning the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Must use rinse aid

The first couple of times we used the washer the dishes came out wet. We then purchased rinse aid and have not had the problem since. It's "recommended" in the user guide but it's really "necessary". It's fairly quiet and gets the dishes clean so it's a dependable unit. It's also very easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it! So much more room inside than my 13 yr old one. I replaced my old one that still works great , for stainless steel. The racks are adjustable, so you can wash dishes or cups that are tall on top or bottom rack with no problem. Love the cutlery on the door, gives you so much more room for dishes. The tines are adjustable for larger items. I wanted a quiet dishwasher and I am very happy with how quiet it is. you will still hear it a little, but hardly at all. I know there are ones on the market that you don't hear at all, but not worth the extra $$. This is very quiet. Only negative is when the cutlery is on the door, it doesn't get very dry..it comes out wetter than I like, but I can deal with it. If I really wanted to, I can put the cutlery inside, but then I would have less room for dishes. Love that this model gives you options. Great buy!

+I think this dishwasher looks great and seems to do a good job cleaning. It is less noisy than my previous dishwasher but still a little loud. My only serious complaint is the silverware basket. I find it totally unusable on the door, so I hook it onto the lower rack when loading and then switch it to the door for washing. My silverware doesn't fit in a lot of the slots, a smaller number of slots are bigger and those do work. When I have several spatulas, tongs, beaters, etc., they won't all fit in the very narrow open space. I dislike using my upper rack for utensils, but I have to a lot of the time.

As a person that has moved many times and has a lot of different dishwashers, this by far is my top favorite. Not only is this dishwasher durable with four children running around the house, this washer is quiet and cleans more evffective than my previous ones. I can honestly say that I don't have any dirty dishes after a normal cycle. Highly recommended.

This dishwasher is quiet and does a great job of cleaning all our dishes. Other reviews say that it takes forever to run, but we always run it overnight so it's not a problem for us. There is a quick wash option if you need your dishes done more quickly. It is designed to take longer to wash because it somehow uses less water that way. We love the adjustable tines on the rack. We would definitely buy this dishwasher again.
