It's been great thus far. No problems thus far mechanically. Although, I do wish the freezer space was larger. Shows a bit of finger prints & I do have to wipe it down quite often.

Noisy Ice Dispenser

The ice maker dispenser is messy. Even though you select cube it still crushes some and makes a mess. Also makes a noise until it cuts completely off. Not sure if I got a lemon or if that is just how this unit works. Otherwise I am happy with it.

One negative: the ice maker does not automatically switch off when the bin is full and it is cumbersome to remove the upper tray to switch it off (and then on again). I would hate to leave town and forget about it!

LOVE my new stainless steel fridge!!!

It's nice to have a NEW side-by-side fridge and it's even better that this new appliance is a General Electric appliance. I especially like the water/ice dispenser-I'll drink more water now with that feature.

Real tough time finding a side by side fridge to fit our small space. We needed ice and water in the door, with a great ice maker. This fridge does that and everything else perfectly. We are very satisfied!
