Though the Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4020 is larger than expected, it is every thing I hoped for. I am impressed with its ability to produce both light and heavy jobs, by selection of resolution, and the cost of the larger ink cartriges is affordable and very efficient in use. I'm impressed with the photo paper high-res prints and clarity. Being an office duty printer, it's especially impressive in my small office use. The WP-4020 WorkForce Pro is also a work-horse!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big Printer with little performamce

Within 2 months of my purchase the paper feed started picking-up multiple pieces of paper. After 6 months the machine seem to pick when it wanted to print. By month 7 I had enough and shipped it back to Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson WP-4020 Review for Home Use

Printer works great. Only complaint is that the Epson app that came with the printer to provide information on status of printer inks does not work on my iMac computer -- even after going to the trouble of registering the printer.

very good production printer

I have had two. The first failed after six months of flawless performance, by allowing the yellow ink to leak out massively and quickly. The new one, which has been in continuous, trouble-free service for 2.5 years just gets it DONE.
It has large paper and ink capacity. It's only drawback is predetermined; It is a printer, only, not an AIO.

This is the best printer that I have ever owned. Epson has been the best product for my needs that another famous brand that did not last 1 year. Epson is a very quality product.

Just got my WP-4020

I just received my WP-4020 and it seems to work well. It is large but dang fast! Photos are a little washed out but that might be due to the multipurpose paper I'm using. Once I get nice paper we'll see what this baby can do.

Setting up has been easy and simple. Printed photos: perfect! Documents very good! Quick start smooth sailing so far.
If this printer works half as well as my epson all in one's we will work well together for years!
