Epson was great about replacing the machine with a defective Yellow reservoir. They shipped a new one in 3 Days. Stunning response.

I love the speed and performance of this printer. I print on letter, legal size papers as well as envelopes, index cards and photo papers of all the common sizes. (The drivers for envelopes can be a bit of a challenge sometimes)
Beyond how much I like the printer, I appreciate Epson's technical support! They have been there willing to guide me through any difficulties I have had and have stood up to back this printer well beyond any other printer manufacturer I've ever dealt with. Other manufacturers tend to offer the least they can get away with and then want to charge you an arm and a leg to just talk to you about any issue.
Epson seems to truly care about your true satisfaction and productivity!
This printer works and keeps on working!

Amazing machine !

The WorkForce Pro WP-4020 is an amazing machine. For an incredibly low price, it performs beautifully. It prints very fast, is clear and sharp, the paper bin holds a large quantity of paper, allows the use of extra large ink cartridges, and has a rear paper feed for printing on special media.
I have not had any problems with paper jams of any kind. I really can't believe Epson has created this great machine and sells it for such a low price.
