I bought and use this model " Workforce Pro WP-4020" for my business nearly a year . It has been using everyday for printing letters, label, pictures ...It works well, and get no problem so far !Compare with other printer I got before , I like this one !It's easy to use...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paper Weight!

The EPSON WP-4020 works well in my small office where I generate 1000 printed pages. The color is quite good and the black is sharp.
The only problem I see is the paper weight. The 20lb paper is picked up sometimes two or three sheets where if I went to a heavier weight I wouldn't have that problem, I think. The printer does what it suppose to do most of the time. I would recommend this for a small office.

Good printer, good value

I almost love this printer because:
1) it holds and catches more paper than most other printers (great for a writer printing 600-page manuscripts)
2) it does double-sided printing
3) it's speedy without being incredibly noisy
4) its ink cartridges are very high capacity and there seems to be less ink waste than on my previous printers.

I do not love it totally because:
1) the paper catcher is very flimsy and is stubborn about being stowed back into the printer when I'm finished printing
2) the paper catcher does not catch as many sheets as the paper tray holds - I know this is not uncommon, but it is still illogical
3) the single-sheet feed is placed awkwardly on the rear of the printer (luckily, I don't use it much)
4) the footprint is too big (more my desk's fault than the printer's fault)

Printing is fast! Print from any wireless device. Easy setup. Don't buy online, too many great deals out there that cost less.

I am in love with the Workforce 4020

I was looking for a printer that could print envelopes from the rear. This one has that capability and more. It holds about 300 pages in the main paper tray and it could also hold regular paper in the rear tray besides envelopes. Just this fact has saved me oodles of time. I do transcription and it is a real chore to have to do the envelopes separately. I also must add that the ink is superb and long lasting. I have had no problems with the ink at all. I wish there were extra capacity tanks, but the ones I have are fine. I have owned my printer for over a year and my opinion has not changed. It has only been enhanced. There have not been any jams of paper, either. The print quality could challenge any other printer out there for being the best. It does not smear nor fade. For me and mine, it's quite a bargain! It also will connect wirelessly. That was an unexpected bonus. I am one very satisfied customer.

Epson WP4020

It took me longer to get it out of the box and ready to set up than it took to set it up on my wifi. Really easy for a change. Happy with performance as advertised and a couple of extras (printing envelopes, etc.) to boot.

On 2nd WP-4020 and Cyan is Half Clogged

I like the concept of this printer because it has huge tanks but there is no provision to access the printhead ports for flushing out clogs.
I'm on my second WP-4020 and it also has half the nozzles in the Cyan printhead clogged.
I am going to try installing a "T" in the Cyan line so I can inject head cleaner. The lines are so long by design necessity that they get air pockets in them. That may aggravate the situation with dried ink clogs. Please install cleaner inject ports near the head. Thanks.
