I just got this printer, it took five days for a fifteen Mile trip, set up Was a breeze not ti try it Witnesses air print

My previous Epson Printer, WP 4020, failed. I called and asked for help in fixing it. After verifying the serial number, your representative offered to send me a replacement printer. It arrived and is installed.

The star rating is actually 4 1/2 but I couldn't figure how to do the 1/2. I am only using this printer for personal use at this time but it has been excellent. The reason I selected it is it has independent color cartridges so if you are doing something that uses mostly one color you do not waste so much ink, also the cartridges are large enough that you are not having to continually having to change.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product seems to be working fine. I have no complaints with the printer but do have an issue with the lack of ink put into a new printer. See my evaluation below.

I returned it twice. Kept making loud clicking noises during printing. Lost Network Settings. Used up Loads Of Ink. Ended up taking it back at the end of 30 days and got The WF-3520 and its constantly dropping off my network. I allways having to reboot Printer to print. It sounds better but still non stop troubles. I'm starting to worry about Epson Quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tons of problems with wireless connectivity. Wasted allot of time trying to get this printer to connect, and it still wont print from my Android phone.

Conservative in ink use. Recently printed the Pantone Color Chart for 2013 and found that the color clarity and value surpassed that of our office laser printer for accuracy. Using bright white Epson 24lb paper printable on both sides made a big difference. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality after using it nearly a year. When we decided to replace our older all-in-one the logical decision was to go with the WP4540 which uses the same ink cartridges.
