All super except water dispenser

We loved our 1st whirlpool and bought this one a month ago. The water dispenser spout sticks further out so using small glasses means you get wet. Thankfully we are out of the kid cup phase. The button panel for the water and ice are already scratched up much like a screen cover bubble on a phone- very disappointing. I miss the levers they used to have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool side by side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. It keeps the food cold and seems to keep it fresher longer than my last frig. I Wish the meat drawer was a bit deeper - there's not a lot of room in it . I hate that you can't remove the ice maker bin to clean it. I also think the shelving is a bit poorly made compared to my older Roper refrigerator and the motor is quite noisy when it's running. One more thing...I like the smooth front finish. It's very easy to clean.

It's a refeigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved in to a new build less than a month ago and this refrigerator was included with the house. The fridge is keeping my food cold and freezer side has kept my food frozen. It takes a couple of tries to get use to the water dispenser. Many people are not used to the water dispenser hose being so far out. Must use wiser glass or one had to hold the glass and the other to push the lever in, otherwise water will spill!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks good, but bottom 2 drawers are trouble

This unit came as an option when building my new home. Now experienced with it, found it has 2 bottom drawers that stick/cumbersome to open or close. In addition, there is a condensation issue on the top freezer door edge that faces the refrigerator that I've been told will be resolved by replacing the compressor heat shield that will push heat in the door cavities and center bar. Waiting for that change to occur.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of side by side refrig., but this one came with the house, new. the ice maker is the worst excuse for what it is designed to do. When the ice comes out, it comes out, all over the floor no matter how you try to cup your hands around the shoot. This feature needs a major overhaul and distributed to all owners. In the very near future I will buying a different refrig.

Convenient size,lots of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge was delivered Dec 19th, 2016, set up and worked great from the start, produced lots of ice and also ran very quietly.The shelves do not seem as sturdy as my other Whirlpool fridge. Only thing I noticed is when I opened the freezer door, three was a little condensation just outside the magnetic seal on the upper left corner.Will keep an eye open to see if it continues, maybe the seal could be better over the corner piece.Maybe humid in the house that dayGreat size fridge, nice lighting, a good purchase
