WORKS GREAT QUIET, EXCEPT WHEN IT DEFROSTS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works great, cools just like it's supposed too. the LED lighting is a plus. compressor runs quietly. The only complaint I have is when it goes thru a defrost cycle it pops and creaks REALLY LOUD.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noisy beyond belief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The loudest icemaker you have ever heard. It sounds like someone is breaking in to your house. Yes its that loud. The compressor is also the noisiest I have ever heard. We bought this to replace our last whirlpool that lasted 20 years. Something tells me this one wont come close.

Nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the refrigerator for two weeks. The compressor is quiet. Like the larger freezer compartment. Wish the refrigerator side had an additional shelf for the vacant shelf opening. Miss the multi-adjustable brackets on my old refrigerator. The ice/water dispenser needs to be taller to fill larger glasses.

Broke down after less than a year

This is my second Whirlpool refrigerator and it has stopped functioning after less than a year. The first one died before it was 3 years old. I am very unhappy with their products and with their service, which takes days if not weeks to occur, leaving us without a functioning refrigerator for too long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model as a replacement for our existing refrigerator for two reasons. One, the ice dispenser did not work on the old model and Two, we wanted stainless steel finish to match our Whirlpool range and dishwasher. So far, no issues, but need to learn how to dispense ice without cubes missing the glass. That's a minor issue, but occasionally a cube jumps out onto the floor. Otherwise, we are quite happy with this new appliance.
