Nice fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to replace our other fridge for a side-by-side. After searching the internet, this one seemed to get the best reviews for the price. We have had a similar one and are hoping this is just as good. The water isn't hooked up yet, so I can't say anything about the ice/water dispenser. So far, this model is meeting our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After losing my home to the August floods in the Baton Rouge area, I purchased a manufactured home that came equipped with this refrigerator. Oddly enough, my previous refrigerator was on its last leg and I had been looking at replacing with a Whirlpool. I'm quite pleased with it so far and look forward to many years of continued good service.

Love this fridge

This is the perfect fridge for my needs. There's plenty of room on the fridge side and the freezer side. I love that I can get crushed ice or cubes from the water dispenser. I made the right choice.

Nice looking refrigerator

Because of limited space I could not get a refrigerator wider than 36 inches. My choices were quite limited. Very disappointed with choices available with all brands overall. Freezer seems so small with very little shelving. Door shelving not very deep. Water dispenser not very user friendly. My 23 yr. old Kenmore was just starting to have problems but it was the same size as this one but better made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refridgerator Quality Has Declined

I chose a Whirlpool because my two previous refrigerators were Whirlpool and we were very satisfied with them. I wish I could say the same about this one. Even though this one is allegedly an Energy Star, it runs almost all the time; even when the house is cool and in the middle of the night when not in use. Sometimes while in a certain running mode, it produces a very irritating hum/buzz that makes it difficult to ignore, especially if reading or eating in the kitchen. I am looking for a noise cancelling device to offset this noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
