This Range Hood was easy to install, has excellent lighting (two brightness settings), and a durable paint coat. I've scrubbed it hard after frying and it looks like it did that day I bought it. It's also quiet; when its on low I can't tell that the fan is even on at all. A great deal!

It was time to replace my old Broan range hood after 28 years. The new one was a good fit. I like the fan and two position light switch. I had a question after I installed it and Broan answered it quickly.

Bought the QS130SS Broan fan following a kitchen renovation. My husband installed the fan and said it was not too difficult; the directions were adequate. Filters are easy to replace, although light bulbs are a little more challenging. Very quiet unit. Works well.

Pros: Great Lighting, quiet on low settings.
Cons: The intake could extend farther into the front half of the unit. As designed fumes from front burners only get drawn into fan on high - which has a higher noise level.
I would recommend this to a friend!
