I am loving the features on my new phone. But it would have been nice to get a guide, so i could learn how to use all the features on my phone. I HAD TO WING IT!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: no guide

Love the phone, not the issues

I love my Note, but I have had issues with it. First one I had problems with the screen dimming on it's own & they switched it out. Now this one is slowing & making me lock it and then unlock it to get it to unfreeze. The guy at the phone service center said there isn't anything that can be done. He adjusted my RAM, but it still does it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: having multiple technical issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

I left verizon to buy this phone and have had nothing but problems...can't connect and when I finally do it drops my connection. It took 30 min to log on to facebook. Couldn't log on to the web at the store. AT&T already did a master reset, put in a new sims card, finally had someone finally tell me to upgrade to 4.0.4 and yesterday was out of town and no internet service! Never should have left verizon for this phone. Got the phone 2 mos ago today :( must have gotten a lemon because everyones reviews are so different than mine. I am so sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

theres no I in my phone, great use of tech., there on top with the note and skyrocket 2 & 3

Battery Life and Processor Speed

Over all, Galaxy Note 1 is very nice phone. It has very good features and applications. However, it does not have enough processor speed to handle them all, so I experience little lag. Second thing I don't like about is the battery life. I often ran out of battery during the day. I know I use this phone a lot to read the articles and check the email, but... it seems that the battery runs out too fast. Never had any problem on my previous iPhone 4.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life, processor speed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great product and it's very innovative, but it's charging port just randomly stop working on me and the software is really buggy.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality

PROBLEMS

I have had nothing but problems since i "upgraded" to the Note. I thought this would be a great upgrade. however, there have been multiple issues i have been having.
1) battery life is terrible
2) Freezes Constantly
3) Restarts randomly
4) after 4 months, i have to have a new one sent to me because it will not charge anymore. as soon as my contract will allow me, it is a BIG possibility i will go back to a competitor
