My classy wine chiller

This wine refrigerator has it all. When friends and family come over for dinner and they see my wine collection they are so impressed. The unit is quiet, and the dual temperature zones work perfect. The overall functionality and attractiveness is unsurpassed. I highly recommend it.

So Far, So Good

Been up and running for a week and all is well. Things were complicated by a couple errors/omissions in the owners manual, but great customer support by Christina got me through it.

Temperature Control Problem

I have had this unit for about 2 weeks and the lower portion of the unit does not maintain the set temperature. Temperature was checked using two independent thermometers and the unit never shuts off but runs continuously. I called NewAir and they are sending a new temperature sensor which I will have to install but of course this means removing wine to access it. Not happy that a brand new unit has a defective temperature sensor. Hopefully the new temperature sensor will fix the problem.

Great Customer Service

The wine cooler I purchased was delivered and was damaged in transport. I contacted customer service and they were able to track down and provide the damaged parts, which included the glass door. Ashley was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially bought this unit and was super excited. I received a u it where the lower zone temperature does not stabilize, the temperature fluctuates 4-5 degrees constantly. I called and they were nice enough to replace since it's within 30 days. Got my new unit and guess what. Same thing. I did everything the instructions said, let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in, and another 24 hours to stabilize the temperature before putting the wine in. At first it was fine, then after about a week, the same thug kept happening after putting my wine in. I now believe these are defective or they've had these units for so long that they just done work as well anymore. Very disappointed. Also, when they gave anew unit, they don't take the other one and you have to dispose of it yourself. So sad and disappointed. Now I'm stuck with a unit that doesn't work well and my wines temperature will constantly fluctuate.

We love this wine refrigerator! The design is very attractive, particularly the wooden shelving. The dual zones are perfect for storing both red and white. It is very quiet. We would buy again!
