Too late to take it back

The volume button on the side keeps getting bumped and you can't lock it, so you can turn the volume to nothing and not know it if you don't look at the screen and see the icon. When sliding open it is very easy to let the thumb slip, touch and icon and you're off to where ever. The worst thing is that with just a couple of tweaks from Samsung all of this could be fixed. Also I getting requests from other companies about trying things I don't want. I just want to make, receive phone calls and send and receive text messages. Nothing more or less. I can wait until I get home to do the email, etc. Wish I had remember when I bought it so I could have taken it back before the 30 days were up. It needs to have a way to lock the icons or buttons so you don't accidentally push them. Wish I had flip phone back.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, can't lock buttons

Wall paper is to busy. Should be able to set personal functions. Side buttons are to sensitive. Always hitting them accidently.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: screen needs to be redesigned.

Not a fan of the basic touch screen phone but this one definitely takes the cake. This is for your "not sure if im quite ready for a smart phone" phone. It's got apps and social networking and basically everything you need to stay connected without the smartphone monthly fee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is meant for people who wants to talk and text. Despite the boring games, this game is very well crafted for texting. It has very comfortable buttons, and is very fast with the sending, The camera isn't too great (considering its only 3.2 megapixels), so don't let the advertisement fool you. The screen is very clear and bright, so don't worry about the sun messing up your view. The speakers are very loud and clear.I've dropped this phone over 20 times on wood, carpet, concrete, ect. I truly think this phone is unbreakable. The durability is jaw dropping. The phone is pretty light, although you can feel some weight. Overall, this phone gets a yes by me. Its totally worth it and meets my requirements. I hope to get future updates in the future.

Most INFURIATING phone ever!!!

I will never purchase another Samsung phone. If I could give this phone a -150 rating, it would be too high.
Hated it from almost the beginning. Thought I needed to get used to it. Whenever I touch the phone it calls voice-mail. I turn it off to put in my pocket or purse & it immediately turns on. Calls my contacts frequently without any help from me. It is always turning random things on where I need to exit out of. My previous phone was also a Samsung, had issues with it also. I should have taken a hint.

Awesome Touch Screen Phone

If you are looking for a phone with a touch screen and ease of use, this is the phone for you. The music player works well and the messaging menu works well. The slide out keyboard works well and the buttons are easy to press. Overall, I would recommend the phone to anyone looking for a basic touch screen phone.
