I really love this phone. I was initially torn, because I usually stick with nexus phones, and was contemplating getting a Nexus 6p. I chose this one because I could get in through my carrier, and am extremely happy with it. The phone is super fast, sleek, and a lot of fun to use. I was able to disable and remove any extra apps, and to use a different launcher and theme to get the phone very close to "stock" android without losing all the cool features like Samsung Pay.
I love my new Samsung Galaxy S5 Edge plus. The screen is incredibly big and so responsive. I love the edge keys featurem. I also really like the night clock feature on the edge. The camera is really fun to play with and has so many amazing features.
I am a huge fan of all Samsung products and personally would prefer to not have any appliances, TVs, electronics not made by Samsung. Again I have been thrilled by the quality of this device! Fabulous graphics, display, and quality! I am in love with my new S6 Edge + -----Thank you Samsung for never disappointing me!

Moving from an S4 to the S6 Edge + has been an overall positive (is that what the + sign is for?) for me. I love the larger, brighter display, the improved touch response, and enhanced features. I see what other reviewers mean by the less than natural feel of the hard edge on the back of the phone, but I feel more confident handling the phone with an after market cover any way, so that really takes care of that problem. Still learning some of the additional features over the S4 like the fingerprint recognition, which is wonderful...except when I'm wearing gloves during a MN winter. The size is nice for viewing, but a bit cumbersome when putting it in your pocket. Maybe I just need more cargo pants in my wardrobe. Overall, nice phone...I think I'll keep it.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: get the full screen cover to mask fingerprints
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung has done it again

I have been a fan of Samsung phones since the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S2.. I have continued to have only Samsung phones because i know that I can trust that they will work and no worries of having issues that can't be fixed. I purchased the S6 Edge + and no surprise it is amazing. The edge display has come in handy more times then I can count. It's light weight is scary at first but it feels tough while holding it. The display is just beautiful and the sound is phenomenal. So far I have found nothing about this phone that I can complain about. I recommend it to anyone seeking a new reliable device.
I've only had this phone for a little over a week but so far this is what I can tell you: Can set sound for messages, etc. but still plays Default sound. Can't adjust brightness on Desk Clock. I was wiping off a fingerprint on the edge of the screen while it was black when I found by doing this, it will turn on/display the Show Information function. No way to adjust brightness on it either & if you scroll to next bit of info, it will not scroll back to original weather, time & battery status screen. Can not turn display on/off without turning screen back on. Can't figure out how to hide my number for outgoing calls - S4 had option under Phone/Additional Settings. Don't see option for WiFi Calling. Have to attach files to message from the file - don't see option from Message. Swiping to scroll pages on the screen stops one way or the other - doesn't circle like on S4. No option to Only Update when connected via WiFi. Vibrates on certain things even if Vibration is turned off for that particular process. Sound quality isn't that good - not sure if it's the phone or my service (switched phone & provider). As expensive as this phone is; you'd think it would come with a book instead of having to go online & download a pdf (that doesn't tell the owner everything anyway - hidden functions/shortcuts).
Now this is just a suggestion but; years ago I had the Behold (SGH-T919). It had an option to not only require a password to turn on the phone, but to gain access to individual programs such as Messages, Contacts, Phone and/or the Internet. It be nice to bring that back.
