Not a Good Sony Product

This TV does not have a flat back and the brackets supplied for the top mounts for a wall mount are weak at best. The manual calls for a mount that is discontinued. The manual needs a detailed index, too much time spent looking for specific settings and instructions. The sound quality is very poor, the speakers face down and there is no menu settings for tones of bass and treble.
What's not so great: Wall mount, manual, and sound problems

Not the worst , but far from the best in it's class. Great for a bedroom, buts thats as far as this TV goes.
What's great about it: thin light weight
What's not so great: some shadows and grain on dark scenes

When I first bought this TV I was very satisfied after two year time the volume kept going down this became frustrating. I am now convince Sony has lost it's touch in TV. I will not purchase Sony TV not trust worthy.

Hi Unsatified,
Please check the sound settings of your TV. You may want to reset the sound settings. If that doesn't work, you may want to reset the TV to the Factory Default Settings by following the steps here.
If you're getting the same result, you can set up service for your TV at

Thanks.

Picture is great. Start up and channel selection is slow.
Major problem is with the remote control. After two years of use (low usage of TV) the Channel up/down button is not working. Have to use the number-pad to switch channels.

Hello Grog77! Thank you for taking the time to share this information with us, we would like to recommend to try the steps available through the following link to troubleshoot the issue with the remote control buttons:
The Sony Bravia KDL32BX330 looks great when you use an HDMI cable. It has 1366 x 768 pixels, but it can receive & display 1080p. I primarily use it for gaming on my PS3, which looks beautiful. The HDTV actually runs at 1080/24p when you watch blu ray movies and it looks amazing. The HDTV does have a little motion blur, but it's hardly noticeable to the average viewer. The speakers are weak which is expected for any HDTV today. I use an Astro A40 headset for sound so it's no problem for me. I spent many hours researching which HDTV to buy for my room and I am happy I choose this 32-inch Sony. I highly recommend it, if you are looking for a small quality HDTV, with plenty of connections. This LCD does not match the picture of a Plasma, but it's still above average for the price.
I bought this TV used to use in my bedroom. It was nine years old when I bought it and I’ve been using it more than two years. It’s a great TV. Picture is perfectly clear colors are good if I ever buy a new TV I will definitely buy a Sony.
