One Tragic Flaw

This is an awesome sound bar for the price. It's a great way to add depth to your audio. The single problem is that your Samsung TV remote will not turn your sound bar on. It can change the volume and turn it off, but it can't and won't turn it on. The sound-bar is unlikely to be programmable into your universal remote, so you MUST keep the remote handy to do nothing other than turn the sound-bar on. This is quite silly. If Samsung were to update firmware of something to fix this problem, I would give this product overwhelming support.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: does not fully work with samsung tv remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Way too quiet, even for a small room

Do not buy this for anything other than a device that you sit RIGHT in front of. It is too quiet for a living room or tv. It is about equally loud as the regular plasma tv speakers. The sound quality sounds nicer but you cant turn it up very loud. It is about as loud as someone talking to you in a normal voice.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This sound bar has great sound, and is very easy to set up.
I love that when using the digital optical cable hookup the sound bar comes on and off with the TV.

Impossible to sync sound with video on my Samsung TV

The audio won't sync with the video on my Samsung TV no matter what I do. This is very distracting when watching a movie. Too bad, because the sound quality is great.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight

This sound bar is fantastic! You feel like you are in a movie theater. The floor in my living room vibrates when it is set up. The sound is the very best. I'd recommend this to anyone. This is by far a great system for anyone who enjoys great sound with a great movie!
The only thing I would like is a better way to mount the bar on the wall.

Great sound

I bought this sound bar to replace a Home theater that was 10 years old. I did not expect the great sound that came out of the sound bar and sub woofer. It only took about 2 minutes to set up so it will come on automatically with my Samsung TV. I used and Optical cable and an very impressed with the way sound fills my room. Will probably buy another one for the TV in the other room.
