Love the look, easy install

I just installed this fan/light combo and I'm really enjoying it. The look is beautiful, the air movement is great, and for this female the install was pretty easy. A few missteps in the directuons, some mine, some printed but overall I'm very happy with this product.
P.S. A possible fix on cleaning the globe from debris and bugs may be to simply unscrew the globe cap and wipe inside with a damp paper towel or cloth.

Cleaning nightmare

Vaulted ceiling, ladder, globe disassembly for routine cleaning. Not a quality piece I’ve come to expect from Hunter. Any moth, fly, gnat, etc., you get in your house will love this globe, me not so much. Major disassemble to clean globe!

Since this is an open bowl design fan, we can not do much about bugs getting into the glass. However, we do offer many closed glass globes that can prevent this issue. Thank you for the feedback.

Poor Electrical

I purchased this fan and both pull switches control the light. The fan pull switch controls the lights and it even changes the light brightness with each pull like it would the fan speed. The fan does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pull chain problems

Used the pull chain for the light part of the fan unit and after just a couple of times pulling on it the switch inside has broke and cannot turn light on.

Great once it was installed. The installation was difficult. We added a remote control and thought the directions were not as clear as they could be.
