Bought Three and Have Replaced One

I bought three of these fans just over a year ago, just replaced one today because light kit failed when two light bulbs burnt out at the same time. These fans eat LED bulbs. I have replaced all of the bulbs (9 total) at least once and a few more than once. Two of these fans are in rooms where there is little use, so the bulbs should last longer than a few months. I did replace with another version of the same fan but had a different style light kit with standard LED bulbs. Hopefully they will last longer than the candelabra style bulb.
Customer support is non-existent. I installed the new fan and dismantled the old fan all the time listening to the music from being on hold. The 20 minute wait that I was told in the beginning of the call lasted around 2 hours before I hung up.
These fans are quiet and provide good air flow and would be a great fan if you do not add the light kit option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
