So hard to install

I bought this product for my corner office desk, because I had a wrist issue (tendencies) because of using the computer so much. You have to drill 10 holes into your desk before you can install this extremely heavy tray. I can say that I had pain for a few days after going through all this installation (using the drill, etc) , only to find out the adjustment feature is so limited! The tray does not turn low enough to even fit my keyboard properly. Basically the tray is almost stuck to the bottom of my desk, and yes I have followed the instruction properly. When these ergonomic items are designed you have to understand A) you are possibly designing for a somewhat injured person (even if minor) B) It has to work for the purpose!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
