[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the sturdy base and twist-lock top and large handles, which made it easier for carrying to the table.The cup-activated dispenser was so easy to use, allowing one-hand usage. Great for buffets(45 cups) & weekend use(15 cups), when we drink more coffee than weekdays. Easy clean-up.

Well balanced.
Difficult to tip over...even for a small child, a big dog, or a very large person.
Works fast and very easy clean-up.

Great for large groups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee urn is great if you are having a large gathering. It brewed 45 cups in just over 45 minutes and the coffee tasted great. I loved how easy it was to setup and use. It is also easy to clean. I cannot wait to try this for hot cider or hot cocoa. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to make coffee every morning for a week for 35-40 people. I found it very easy to use and many people commented on how good the coffee was. People were confused at first that you pushed the lever rather than having a lever on the top of the spigot but they adapted quickly. My only negative is that I wish the lever would be a little longer in length. I would definitely recommend this product.
