I LOVE MY NEW REFRIDGERATOR...I RECEIVED MY FIRST ELECTRIC BILL SINCE OWNING IT AND ALREADY IT WENT DOWN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND.

A few days after frig was delivered I noticed the center shelf bracket was popped out of the back wall and will not stay in. Will have to call to have serviced.

I love t his refrigerator but.... I just wish it had more space to but large bottles and cartons (such as milk and 2 liter sodas). I don't know call me old school but I think that condiments belong on the door shelves and milk and what not on the regular shelves. We had to take one of the shelves out because the height of the shelves only allows for milk to be placed on the door shelves. Maybe adjustable shelves would be a good idea. Other wise the fridge is gorgeous and easy to clean and bright light and great water and ice. Love the alarm for when you leave it open!! Its annoying but thats what its supposed to be so people stop leaving the doors open and wasting electricity.

LG Customer Service is Fantastic

This refrigerator is great, but more importantly to me is the customer service from the LG help team. I had questions about the refrigerator water filter, especially when water flow was very slow. I had my refrigerator water supply line going through my Reverse Osmosis filter system. LG sent a technician to look at the problem. Technician was great and problem solved. This alone will make me a repeat customer.

I purchased this refridgerator during a super sale just before Thanksgiving a year ago. It was a huge savings and a super deal for the amount of money spent. I love the refridgerator except it doesn't have a separate compartment for meats, cheese, etc. I really would like to have three bins, rather than two and I probably wouldn't buy another refridgerator without three bins for produce, etc.

Really can fill a water pitcher from the front

I specifically bought this refrigerator for the ability to fill a water pitcher with ice/water from the front. It is the only one on the market that has that feature. Makes so much sense I am surprised others don't follow. This is my second LG french door refrigerator I have owned. I left the first one in the house I sold. I love love love them! This one has a different set up on the top for how the doors close. If you close the right side before the left, for some reason the flap on the left doesn't always go in the slot correctly & the door doesn't close. In just a bit it beeps so you know you didn't get it closed. Just a curiosity more than anything to me.
